Sturm, when you have a product that has sold as well as the PS2, caution can be thrown to the wind and "gimmicks" can be introduced into the offering to spice things up. If you think that this is going to *hurt the PS2, then we need to really talk.

you're absolutely correct. But what you're not remembering is that NO ONE has hyped this game at all. I mean there's been no talk from the devs on major announcements, no videos, screens, nada. That is the way you make a AAA blockbuster. You keep it hushed until it's time to show. Why? Because the devs know when they have a masterpiece on their hands ~ there's no need to toot one's horn, saying, "look at us, look over here.."
